At Majesitx Salon, we work hard to ensure our valued clients have the best experience possible; from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our Salon. CANCELLATIONS
At Majesitx Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we may have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

RUNNING LATE?
Majesitx Salon is very popular. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.

ONLINE BOOKING
All online booking requests are subject to final approval based on the schedule of the stylist requested. We need to ensure enough time is scheduled for each client's services, so if there is a conflict with an appointment request and the booking schedule, a representative from Majestix Salon will reach out to you to find a time and/or day that will work for you.
